2. Booking Confirmation
- Complete a booking form and email or fax it to us

- Send you a booking confirmation
3. Pre-course Liaison
- Collect the course fee from each student
- Discuss course details with us
- Pay the course fees 2 weeks before the course

- Confirm course details and help with any course queries and requests
- Assign teachers to deliver your course
- Book flights and local accommodation for the teaching team
- Despatch course materials to your school
- Send your invoice and details of the teaching team
4. During the Course
- Liaise regularly with our Senior Teacher
